As a Baptist Church we are governed by the members. We try to get as much information out as possible so that there are no surprises at the meetings for the members. The agenda will be issued a few weeks before the meetings.
The meetings will be held in the church after the Sunday morning service. Please be in prayer for the Admin / Leadership Team and for the church business meetings.
The Business Meetings are planned for:
- 28 February – This meeting includes a membership review
- 29 May – This meeting includes the setting of the budget for the coming financial year
- 28 August – This is a general business meeting
- 4 December – The Annual General Meeting includes the setting of the quorum for 2017, election of the Administrative Council, Leadership Team and endorsement of ministry leaders
